A lunch chain that grows like software.

Our plan is 100 stores in five years from the first. The fastest chains before us took more than seven.

Years from each chain’s first store to its 100th. Flip is our plan; the rest is history.

01

Any new hire cooks to spec on day one.

The projector guides every step of every order, so hiring and training stop being the bottleneck.

02

A small store fits almost any block.

App-only means no counter and no queue: about 1,200 sq ft against the usual 2,000 to 3,000. Far more sites work.

03

Every new store opens to customers already on the app.

Stores share a commissary, crews and one operating system, so each opening makes the next one cheaper and faster to fill.

Operators who’ve done each part before.

Where we are.

Built

The alpha.

The app, the ERP and the guided grill, working on real food. The footage above is the prototype.

Next

A weeklong pop‑up in New York.

Real customers and real orders, to measure ticket times, cost per first order and repeat rate.

Then

Store 1, Manhattan, 2027.

A vented ground floor of about 1,200 sq ft, five minutes’ walk from dense offices.

We are building the infrastructure for the coming wave of agentic ordering.
